Gender Values for Tables Branch and Item below.
Both = 0
Male = 1
Female = 2
After a branch has been created the correct value needs to be assigned to that branch.
(Males and Females) = 0
(Males Only) = 1
(Females Only) = 2
When a room / item is linked to that branch the GenderAllowed Value will be assigned to that Item Code.
If no value is manually assigned, the GenderAllowed value will be NULL for the Branch and NULL will be assigned to each Item Code linked to that Branch.
The result is that the Items with a NULL value will not display on the room allocation list.
To Fix this, determine what value is needed and update the value for the branch and all its items.
Update Branch set GenderAllowed= where Colour=
Update Item Set GenderAllowed= (Same Value as GenderAllowed Above) where Branch= (Colour Code From The Line Above)
